Human Leadership also welcomes an initial context and customisation briefing – to ensure that leaders are informed about organisational supports and frameworks that will support them in their role.

    Testimonials

“The training was excellent. The facilitator was able to engage and interact with the audience very effectively. I found the training valuable as the leader for a team who regularly have mental wellbeing conversations with injured colleagues as part of their role. I also found the training valuable from a personal perspective, as it has encouraged me to reflect on a few things I could adjust and tweak in my own approach”

“In 22 years at Australia Post, this is the best three hours of training I've ever done”
